VALU is a story set in a small village of Kusavade: a remote location in the interiors of Maharashtra, housing a small group of people having dreams, aspirations, ups and downs... and of course unusual traits can only be found in a village. But the lovable villagers of Kusavade are facing a recurring problem...

The village tradition of letting loose a Bull in God's name has had dire consequences. It is running amok in the village destroying everything that it sees. In a desperate attempt to save the village, Swanand Gaddamwar, a dashing young forest officer is called upon by the village Sarpanch. Gaddam appears in the village with his team to pacify and capture the Bull, but none of his plans seem to come to shape while interacting with the simpletons in the village.
