I had liked the film very much. Kat Hudson did a great job at changing to different characters. Also it had showed what guys are really like, blinded by some girl who they don not know. At least they had realized it at the end. At the beginning of the film, it was rather slow, but it had picked up and portrayed sides of relationship that we can all relate to.

My wife and I liked the movie. The only thing that bothered me is that the Name of Jesus was taken in vain a couple of times. If it wasn't for that, it would have been great.

"Alex and Emma" was a good movie. I love romantic comedies and this one made me laugh! The beginning was a bit slow. However, it picked up and portrayed sides of relationships that we can all relate to. Emma reminded me of myself. She is an asseztive woman who isn't afraid to speak her mind. I like the fact that characters like Emma are shown as intelligent women and not as idiots, like many movies portray women. Alex is a typical guy. I like the fact that he is honest and into literature. These two characters exude innocence as well as freshness. It is so nice to see a movie like this one which is more classy than most romantic comedies. No, it isn't an action movie. However, it will leave you with a good feeling in your heart. This movie shows us how complex yet how satisfying relationships can be. It is not mere entertainment. It actually makes you reflect on life and on the meaning of love. This movie should become a novel, if it isn't already one. Rob Reiner also acted well, even though he had a very small part in it..

It was cute. Kind of slow but cute. The actors had some good chemistry and the story was original... a little predictable but it was good. There were some funny jokes and I would say its worth seeing.

There are three types of comedies: those with crude, physical humor (ppl farting, falling, spitting up) , those less outrageous but still a little unrealistic (I. E. Hollywood Homocide - hilarious!) and those with witty, intelligent humor. This movie falls into the latter comedy (for the most part) , but unfortunately, laughing out loud is not characteristic of this kind of movie. At most, you'll crack a few smiles but it's not incredibly entertaining.

Sweet, but could have had more chemistry. And the predictable ending wasn't very stirring. The best part was hearing Norah Jones' song "Those Sweet Words" over the credits. I would buy the DVD just to get that song! Is it available anywhere?

A light and fluffy movie that has elements of a "chick flick". Yet even the lady I was with found it plodding and boring. We were both suprised when local movie reviewers gave it 2 stars (out of 4) It doesn't deserve this good of a rating.

Sweet and lovely. There is chemistry between the characters, and some good acting. There are no empty, hollow spaces in this film, and although there are no major puzzles either you are never left bored.

It's a light gentle comedy. If you go in expecting just that, you come out feeling pleasantly pleased. Don't go if you're looking for a fast paced comedy with big laughs and major high-jinxs.
