People that say's this movie is stupid... WAKE UP! It's a kid's comedie! What did you expect, Shakespeare? For people that say some scenes are cruel... Well you're right. Don't take a 3 year old to watch that part. Even though he won't understand it.

"Babe Pig In The City" was huge. My favorite characters are Fly and Rex.

My daughter loved it from the age of 2 onward--rooted for the animals in the capture scene. A little different from the original in terms of mood, but still interestingly done.

This fantastic story of Babe's adventures in the big city is beautifully set and shot. I would say that young children could handle it - it's a bit spooky in a surreal sort of way, but is it really any scarier than, say, the pure evil of the witch in Disney's Snow White? The story emphasizes teamwork, loyalty, perserverance and compassion. All good things for children to see in action.

This works on so many levels, like a modern day Charlotte's Web, the pig wins the day. Still a little too scary for young children, but at least it's amusing for adults... It's sequel was too dark for words. Yuck.

This is a very clever picture that works on many levels. Don't worry about the idiots who complain that a talking pig is not very realistic, God will give them back some imagination and intelligence when they die.

A much darker film than the original and too scary for younger children but very well made. Adults may actually enjoy the film more than children becuse of the black comedy. My daughter at age 8 was too frightened by the action to enjoy the film.

Weird movie, definitely not for little kids. I felt really sad in some scenes. However, it is still a very good movie for kids 10 and up and their parents. It shows that not everything in life is nice.

The animator really knows how to do his thing. But not really that funny. Wouldn't take the kids to see it. Too much of a dark/uneasy atmosphere and the cruel treatment of animals in one scene is too cruel to watch.
