User's review

I didn't see what occurred as "a perfect opportunity" for the main character. I saw him as bobbing along, his actions arising not out of opportunism but out of great difficulty in making decisions. He just carries on, mildy curious to see what happens. Interesting character study. Nicely made, well acted, and with a catchy title concept that really had almost nothing to do with the story.'The Aura' is a commentary on the main character's quality of being adrift but at no point does it figure in key plot developments.
