One of my favourite movies! This is a beautiful movie full of colour and amazing imagery. It brings up questions of mortality and what really happens after we die. As someone who believes there is *something* after life, this movie was truly touching, as well as being aesthetically VERY pleasing. Really well done.

Good, but not of biblical peek, but one thing in common was love, the main strategy, it covers all wrongdoings because God is love, it's a gift (1 John 4:8) Jesus commanded us to love neighbors as yourself, even enemies, the heart of the gospel(John 13;34) As Christians, we go around the world to preach the gospel to everybody to know about the creator. We only live one lifetime here on earth, reincarnation doesn't really happen, it would be cruel for God to send us back on this troubled planet, and hell is something we create, not a literal place, it's called eternal death. The dead in Christ aren't really in heaven now, [...] although, that's what most of us thought they were, it's a pagan belief. If they went immediately to paradise after they died, they would be looking at hell on earth, it's an unpleasant thing, and surely God wouldn't allow it. They are really in the grave, unconscious (1 Thessalonians 4;13-18), They will be brought back when Christ returns and others who are still alive will be changed, no longer be human, but spiritual beings, but we're not goin to heaven like most people think, but instead, it's coming here. Read God's word for answers. My favorite part of the movie was when Chris and his son Ian went out on the rain to a large tree started talking.

It's an eternal journey of love from heaven to hell... it's a linkage between imagination and creation... the film maker or director's realistic attempt to visualize his / her illusions, imaginations, feelings, thoughts and emotions... but there is a limit to visibility but there is no limit to think or imagine or feel... it's a great abstract thing... can it ever be related to reality?!

I was very disappointed in this. While some of the cinematography was great (can a review do worse than talk about the great cinematography? ) and the ideas behind the story were intriguing, the overall feel of the movie was BORING. This falls in the Popeye class of Robin Williams movies (not quite that bad, but not in his top 20)
