[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] I went and saw this with my dad in an empty theatre and I laughed my ass off. It's visual and verbal comedy however, I couldn't remember all the funny jokes afterward. Annette Benning was great and Ben Kingsley was worth seeing, just to watch him pop out of an airplane toilet!

Okay story but Mike Nichols' treatment turned it into an amazingly funny movie - in true Gary Shandling fashion. I roared with laughter and so did the rest of the audience. If you need to ask who Gary Shandling is... What planet are you from?

Very funny, suggest most people to go and see it. Laugh all the way from the beginning to the end. A very interesting movie ^^

While certainly not the movie of the year, What Planet certainly has it's good moments. The premise is quite interesting but it somehow lose some of it's appeal in the middle of the movie. Certainly not Nichols best but not as bad as most critics says. Definataly worth seeing anyway...

Surprisingly funny movie. Annette Bening is light and funny (I was shocked ;). Shandling delivers his lines in this ackward "you must know I'm acting way". BTW does anyone notice there is something really funny looking about his mouth. It looks like he had some surgery, but it's sad to think that he wanted to look that way ;). the bottomline: an enjoyable movie, good for a few laughs.

Don't bother yourself and leave your house to see this movie... It had its best parts but it would be better for you to stay at home and watch it on video...

Had its moments, though overall wasn't that funny... There were scenes were you knew they were hoping to get a laugh, but it only drew a yawn from the crowd.

Don't bother leaving the house for this movie wait for the weather to warm up and get it at the Video store. You can tell if a movie is bad or if it's just you that didn't like it by listening to the other people's reaction in the cinema, it wasn't just me that wasn't laughing. This movie wasn't terrible but it was very far from great.

It's not that funny; I've got a few giggles, and chuckles here and there, but that's about it... even though it does have a fairly good script regarding human feelings and relationships. I should have gone and seen another movie...

Surprisingly good. Great cast. Gary Shandling was quite funny. If you like silly sci-fi's this one may be for you. It could even be in the category of a 'chick flick' as it is a feel good love story as well.

Simply hilarious, the funniest movie I have seen this year thus far. Garry Shandling doesn't need need to act funny he simply is. If you want a fully entertaining movie where you can just kick back and enjoy, this is the one!
