Possibly the best movie ever, laughing all the way, and a nice, very British ending. Some think the ending was bad, but nice endings are what we like, a US movie would involve a big needless gun battle, a British one involves the population of a village all drugged up and dancing, an odd French drug dealer and a lovely lovely laugh with them crazy shop owners. (Watch it and you'll understand)

This movie was just what the doctor ordered the day I rented it. I had just a very upsetting Saturday morning. My senior cat was very ill and we had to make a very serious decision for her. She is now in Kitty Heaven with her sibling. I was extremely upset but opted to rent a movie to take my mind off things. Saving Grace was just what I needed. I laughed through the whole thing! The two old ladies were hilarious. I enjoyed it so much I bought the movie for my collection. I've watched it three times since!!

Fabulous movie! If you liked The Full Monty, you'll love Saving Grace. Same wonderful British sense of humour... I laughed until I thought I would fall out of my chair. A must see for all Brit fans.

Excellent Movie! Right up there with Full Monty. Don't go if you don't understand British/Scottish accents. Don't go if you don't like laughing out loud.

It's a light hearted comedy - serious at first then funny later. Several goofy characters, enough laughs to make it worthwhile, assuming you can understand the British accent. Shoddy twist at the end though.

One of those quirky British films, in the same vein as the Full Monty, where an individual has to overcome an obstacle. This film was filled with laughs and crazy characters. Leave it to the Brits to make excellent comedy!!!

This was one of those great off-kilter humour type of British movies (whatever that means). It was extremely wacky & hilarious. I love these types of flicks. I laughed out loud constantly; I really don't need to do sit-ups for a week. Brenda Blethyn is marvellous, as usual. I've loved her since I saw her in "Secrets & Lies" & "Little Voice". The other characters are quite funny too. If you're looking for laughs, this is the movie to see.
