One of the best movie made in Tamil Cinema. Not much of a storyline but there is many meaning. Comedy and couple of songs are pretty good. The first scene of the 12th century couldn't have been pictured any better! A very good movie, a must see for sure. Don't expect alot but expect enough from the movie. You won't be disappointed.

Kamal did a truly great job carrying out the 10 roles. Asin also played her role quite well. The movie plot was good. However, the movie consisted of a lot of action and fighting, which I felt took away-fletcher!! Must watch, if one is a great fan of action movies!

In second place yet again is Kollywood smash hit "Dasavatharam" that had fans queueing for tickets all day, beginning as early as 9am during opening week. Kamal Haasan may not have reached No. 1, but his film hasn't lost momentum, and distributors Lotus Five Star are expecting it to stay hot for a while yet.

This movie can seen once for the Camera work, but other then that, Graphics and makeups are sucks, first time seen a great stunt seen in a tamil movie at the end, worth watching once in theatre.

Dasavatharam is a masterpieace of all. It is the best movie that I have seen till date. Kamal is a Universal Hero and he always brings surprises to his audiences and he proved his caliber in this movie, i.e. his dream project. Kamal is a versatile actor of world cinema and he deserves tons of oscar awards for his magnificient performance.

One of the best movies I've seen till date in any language and I'm proud that it came from an Indian, hats off Kamal , what a concept and how much of a detail he has used in the movie from the 1st scene till the climax, excellent interlinks great screen play , beautiful entertainer, nice attempt and I'm sure you'll succeed, good job , loved the movie and all the performances and can see the hard work on screen.

In an age when Bollywood churns out wedding albums and mishy-mashy love stories as cinema, here comes a movie which for all its drawbacks (like some of the prosthetic makeup work, digital work etc), comes out as a uniquely different entertainer - a racy thrilling action-packed screenplay and the exploits of one actor donning ten different roles and some very very witty one-liners! Don't miss it! DASAVATHARAM sets a new benchmark for Indian commercial cinema - its mind-boggling how the output wud have been if the budget was the equivalent of a Hollywood movie!

It is not a regular tamil movie with vengeance, love and stupid comedy. Outstanding performance by kamalji and different way of story telling. Must watch movie which has all features. I can say it is a master piece for tamil audience who thinks out of box. Good luck to kamalji and his team. Wow it is a tremendous effort.

I loved it! Couldn't believe how fantastic it was. I'm planning on seeing it six more times this week! Everyone should see this movie! Crazy Mohan is a genius on the level of Shakespeare.
