Super slick action movie! Have watched it numerous times since first seeing it in the theatre. Hot actors. Interesting plot. Great acting. Must see!

The beginning of the movie was great, what with the intrigue and Travolta's speech. But as the movie progresses, it loses its touch of originalty."Swordfish" could have been so much better, but the director loses control of the movie near the halfway point, kind of like someone losing control of a standard tranmission car. At the end of the movie, there's just too much blowing up and shooting and screaming. You just want it to end. The actors were excellent, but the story is okay. At the end, the story is almost not believable. As I said, the movie loses its originality. P. S : Halle Berry is hot, there's no doubt about that, but that part where she shows her breasts is absolutely pointless. But, most people will just look and thank God for that scene.

Ahh this movie was awesome... american style on display! Travolta has the style and Hugh adds it up. One needs hell of a mind to make such a brilliant thing!! The first five minute speech begins normally and stuns the audience when Travolta alks of killing the hostages!! Must see... praying dominic sena gives us a sequel to this swordfish!!!

This is the best movie I've ever seen in my whole entire life. I mean it. All actors well played their roles. John Travolta is incredable. I totally recommend this movie. Oh yeah. And one more thing. John Travolta is a hell of a hard-working actor. He's number 1 (for me). And so it really pisses me off listening to people say that it sucks. [...]

One of the greatest action films (after all Tarentino and Die Hard movies) Nothing is original, from Matrix style film making to Pulp Fiction bad guys. Still, this is a smart fast paced film with one of the gratest opening ever together with Scream, the Matrix, and Jaws.

This film was entertaining, nothing more, nothing less. It had great action scenes and a predictable story. Most of all it was good to see Travolta in a half descent movie... I can still smell the stench of Battlefied Earth and The General's Daughter. The rest of the cast held there own with what little they were given. My only question is: When will they give Don Cheadle a lead role? After numerous supporting roles (Traffic, Out of Sight, Boogie Nights, etc... ) his time should have come long ago.
