This movie truly amazed me. It's a wonderfully strange fantasy, incorporating messages about growing up, the ethics of truth vs. Lying to make people happy, and the loss of a loved one. The music is beautiful, and scenes containing the faeries and the ghost of the little boy are so surreal and even vaguely disturbing, they gave me chills. The characters are believable and lovable (or, in the case of the nasty reporter, very hatable) and touches like Houdini, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and even the soldier with the injured face add even more to the richness of the film. In short, I love it and highly reccomend it.
