Another proof of Tom Tykwer's quality as a director/writer. This movie is quite different from Run Lola Run but very powerful emotionally with great acting from Franka Potente. The Soundtrack is very good as well, the movie theme stays in your mind for a long time. After this one, I definitely have to see Heaven and Winter Sleepers (also from Tom Tykwer)

(I know the movie isn't in the movies anymore but) the movie was one of the best movies that I have seen in a long time. It had a good plot and ends well. It was a clean and pure love that was shared by Sissi and Bodo which made the movie even better. I have been waiting to see a movie just like this one, where there doesn't have to be sex added to score point to make it a better movie. It is good as it is. Not only is the movie good, so is its soundtrack.

Only reason I don't give this a 10 is that the plot may be a bit lacking. But this is a character-driven movie, not a plot-driven movie. Sad, but wonderfully sad. Pretty much all the same actors as Run Lola Run, and they're all fantastic once again. You can definitely tell it's the same director as well - Tykwer's shots are wonderful. But in other ways, it's completely different. Tykwer has gone from a frenetically fast-paced movie to an extremely slow-paced (but not at all boring) one - and he handles both well. Can't wait for his next film.

I've been waiting to see this one for awhile! Franka Potente is wonderful and the slow beautiful shots are spectacular. Slow paced, so if you're a Lola fan, make sure you're ready for a different kind of film. We need more exposure to foreign films like this one!
