If there is anyone on this planet who hasn't seen this movie I suggest you do so immediately. There is very little doubt that this is one of the greatest action movies of all-time. The thing that makes Die Hard so special is the hero John McClane is human. He is flawed, at times a jerk, and he bleeds... a lot. Ironically Die Hard came out in a decade full of over the top action hero's (Rambo, Commando, etc) I think that made it even more refreshing to the audience. With the exception of the "one last scare" at the end there is very little to find fault with. I love this movie.

The movie was fantastic. I think what really put it over the top was that he did the entire movie barefoot. How something as simple as missing shoes can make events in the movie that much cooler. Ho ho ho ho ho... I got a machine gun now... !!

OK, I know the term best movie of all time gets thrown around a lot. Die Hard is, without a doubt in my mind, the single greatest movie ever made. I've made a list of the 90 and counting best movies of all time and Die Hard is #1. Top All Time: #1.

Awesome Bruce Willis film! Tonns of action (and swearing for that matter) and really good! The amount of death that can be dealt by one man is increadable!

Yipee Kay Yay (well you can fill in the rest) A great action/adventure/revenge type film. Bruce is great and Alan Rickman is at his best as the bad guy. A leading example of the genre (why else would they make sequels ad nauseum)
