I watched the Japanese version and still enjoyed this American version of "Ring." This version is less scary, but it has a better script, acting and production. Two parts really disappointed me. One is the well scene (go rent the japanese version and you'll see what I mean,) the second one is the last scene when the ghost crawling out of the TV, this scene was much better done in the Japanese version, that really scared me!
