The movie wasn't bad at all; worth seeing. It depends on people, but this movie made me reflect about my relationship with other members of the family.

My wife promised me we'd enjoy this movie. As we walked out halfway through, she promised I could pick the next movie.

I have walked out of a theater in the middle of a movie twice in my life... I don't remember which movie I did so the first time but I know I did so for this one! This movie makes Police Academy 6 look like a masterpiece of film making. The only people that could find this movie interesting are probably those that get a kick simply out of watching Kirk and Michael Douglas together on the same screen. To the others, I definitely suggest renting Police Academy 6 you'll have a better time!

Was desappointed in the film, was expecting much more. The ending was strange and seemed to be missing something. Would only recommend for rentals if there is nothing else available.

Fabulous! Thoroughly entertaining. Expect a few tugs at the heartstrings, mixed with well timed comedy relief.

Horrid. Nepotism does not make a good movie.

Dismayed by the lack of good movies in the last few months I decided that on a rainy such night that since I had nothing better to do and life being already short as it already is, that I would splurge and waste 2 hours of my life for the heck of it. So we decided to see this movie and already ready to regret our decision it was already regretted during the choosing of our seats due to the noticing the "type" of people that were coming to see this movie... you know what I mean... your average older couple that also had nothing better to do... made me feel old. Anyhow... as the movie rolled I instantly become bored and started to experience a sort of mind numbing pain throughout my body that enveloped me like I never experienced before... shortly after pangs of anxiety started that made me every few seconds gasp for air, I tried to calm myself by thinking happy thoughts and breathing deeply... which helped a little. Then after about 30 minutes into the movie I began to develope a condition of hives for some reason became very thirsty... I rushed out and drank sooo much water ;I felt so dehydrated!!! I went back to my seat and this was after 60 minutes that stomach cramps started to set in... excruciating pain... it was so unbearable that I nearly went into convulsions and started seeing double and really bad migrane headaches started to develope. I took the oportunity to lie down across the next three seats that were empty beside me in a somewhat contorted way because of the armrests that were in the way... and I started to feel better. I wiped the sweat away from my face and tried again to follow the movie which still was insanely impossible to keep an interest in, when all of a sudden a sharp pain ran down my spine like some kind of bolt of lightning, I honestly felt like I was paralized for a few minutes and started to feel really numb all over my body. Luckily I was able to get my feeling back before I blacked out since I did feel like I was going unconcious... I was foaming at the mouth so bad during this time that my sweater was all wet!!! By this time the movie was over and we exited and I remember feeling so relieved and thanked God for having survived.

I enjoyed this movie very much. I especialy enjoyed Kirk Douglass. His performance is worth the price alone. I would reccomend this movie to friends.

This movie didn't have a sense of directon. Through out the movie I was trying to figure out what the story line was however I never came to a conclusion. I was very suprised when the film ended because it was so abrupt. I never found out what happened to some of the characters at the end of the movie. Evidently I do not recommend this movie. I am suprised that Hollywood could produce such a movie that does not have a plot line.

I was looking forward to seing this film however, it's a bad WAL-MART version of a WOODY ALLEN film. Kirk Douglas is difficult to understand when interviewed on ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, in this venue he is truly annoying. Stay CLEAR and if you are curious to see it, I suggest you wait for a video release (which should be coming out very soon, considering how truly lame this film is) !

It was great. Unfortunately, it reminded me of my own family - we only get together on special occasions, and live our separate lives other than that. The story is reaalistic, but at the same time had me laughing hard, both at the story and my thoughts of my own family.
