After so many crappy sequels to John Carpenters Master Piece it's good to know that there's finally a good one.

I love horror movies, particularly campy/slasher ones (... don't ask...) So, naturally, I was thrilled when I heard another "Halloween" was coming out. Yes, because even the worst sequels with the most predictable, unoriginal scripts can have good points. Jamie Lee Curtis back? Oh goody! But no. It pains me to think about this movie. Overexaggerated, unrealistic killings that were meant to be nearly exactly like ones from the original and second "Halloween" film. They ignored the plot of the 4th & 5th movies (although those were pretty bad, as well, but still it pissed me off) Laurie was screaming the EXACT words from the original, only in H20 it was forced and... well, just bad. You could tell Jamie Lee wanted this thing put out of its misery. And nothing new with the music here. I loved the simplicity and eerie-ness of the original simple piano themes. They rearranged the themes with orchestra, which wasn't bad, but it took away from the creepiness. And what was the point of resurrecting "Mr. Sandman"? I love that song, but please, there was no put it in this movie. It seemed way too much like the only thing they were trying to do was pick up on "Halloween"'s success by copying (poorly) all aspects of the original. The original creeped me out. The urban legend theme of "the babysitter home alone with a killer in the house" was disturbing to see played out. But no, they've "whored the "Halloween" story out to the mainstream." So much for my favorite cult horror story. At least the original and the 2nd movie are good enough to make me happy and I can stand the 4th and 5th.

Wassup? Yeah, I seen Halloween H20! I'm 11 years old, and when me and my sister watched it, I thought it was for sure a thriller! That movie was Awesome! But thre best one, of course, is Halloween: Resurection! It just tops off all of the Halloween movies! Jamie Lee Curtis really does now how to act in all the Halloween movies! My friend bought one of the masks that was used in one of the Halloween movies, and it is SO freaky! I hope the Halloween movies continue! I love em'!

[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] My older sister and I love Micheal Myers movies. We seen every last one of them. Even "Halloween Resurection". I like how they continued Halloween Resurection with H20. Remember the part when Mike fell off the balcony and fell through the table and the paramedic came in (continuance of H20 in Resurection) and Mike stood up and choked the paramedic and crushed his voice box so he wouldn't talk. Laurie took the paramedic away and they fell off the road (she didn't know it was the paramedic) and the paramedic got stuck between the truck and the tree and the medic stuck his hand out so she wouldn't cut off his head and ya'll know the rest. You know what ya'll should make, ya'll should make a collection of all his movies and put them in stores soon. Because we will buy them and ya'll should make another Mike movie. Oh yeah can you please ask the cable company to put more of his movies on cable (cinemax) and play all of them on halloween (cinemax, scifi, etc) Thank You so very much I appreciate it.
