This movie touched me because I can relate due to the illness of of my daughter. It's touching and beautiful and the cimatographry is amazing! Because of it I took my daughter in a wheelchair to see the butterflies at the Botanicle Gardens, they flew around her as in a dream or at least through the wish and dream of the Blue Butterfly movie! Wonderful!

I'd like to give props to a homegrown producer, but sorry léa, your film really sucks... seriously, someone has to say it. Kétaine au bout, formulaic, the characters are one-dimensional, gratuitous nature-shots absolument pas rapport, a razor-thin Disney plot... Bref, vraiment raté. Désolé.

There is a serious problem with this movie: biopiracy. If everyone did what they did in this movie, then the rainforest will disappear!

It was so good! Its such a beautiful movie, a miracle movie. I almost cried! It would have been better it Goerge Brossard, the actual bug collector had played the part though! Go see it you'll love it! Movie for everyone! Best movie ever!

Personally I would've liked the story and it's development to have been carried out a bit further. There is no question that the scenary is breathtaking and that this view of the world and apreciation for nature's beauty is extremely well caught in this film. But as a movie, this movie sadly failed to capture me and take me on an adventure or into the life of someone else. The young actor was quite good so it's troubling for me to give this movie a bad rating. One good thing is that I will definitely be taking a trip to the Insectarium soon enough and it has rekindled me with a long lost love of nature. Rating as a movie : 5/10 For insect and nature lovers: 8-9/10.
