Good start of the movie in the begining, however end is typical indian commercial movie, Sanju crying for his brother in the mean time **head of the terrorist*** trying to escape but waiting for the elevator... O!! Please be realistic!!!

Great movie! Worth watching. Everyone has acted very well except Esha Deol is even more insignificant than she was in Dhoom, and same with Gulshan Grover, just a couple of dialogues. Other than that, great music, great story, a really cool movie to watch!

This movie is worth seeing it. All actors are amazing! Loved Abhishek n Sunjay Dutt! N ofcourse Zayed and Sunil Shetty are good aswell. It's not one of those gangster type of movies but rather an action-suspense. Good twist at the end. Go for it!

Dus was a pretty good movie. The only improvement that could have been made was that to Abishek Bachan didn't die. I mean Esha Deol could have pushed the C4 bomb out of the plane and into the water. I mean improvise. No one likes to see the Hero die. Anyway it's good movie.

Finally, a must watch movie after a long time. The songs are excellent (the song Dus Bahaane... was fantastic)but wat's better than that were the actions played in the movie. Even though it seemed like a copy of an English movie, the actors did a pretty good job. I mean they knew their role and they did it just right...

Music is great. The making of the movie and the story appears to be neat. The ending of the movie could have been better. The termintaion of the evil was pretty ordinary.

Let me begin by saying that Dus is about an above average movie, definitely worth watching. For all those who loved Kaante and its big macho men running around wearing armanis and driving big expensive cars, you are in for a treat. Dus has the genx guys' idols all together in a single entertaining package. The story is centered around the Anti Terrorism Cell of India fighting against terrorists in Canada. And they have intelligence information that there would be a big bomb blast on May 10th causing high casualties. I think I went in to watch the movie too much as a critic, hence I thought it didn't live up2 my expectations. But none the less, its very watchable and is being appreciated. The ticket counter lady told me that all the previous shows had gone house full, and there was advance booking for all shows till Sunday nite. Anway, back to the movie, its our very own Sanju who plays the head of ATC with Shilpa Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan, Zayed Khan working under him. For many who thought that the name DUS would signify 10 guys, it's not to be. Dus signifies May 10, whatever year, when there is a bomb about to go out in a huge stadium packed with 20000 people in Canada. The bomb has been set up by a group of terrorists, headed by someone with a very uncommon name, Jumhwaal. The movie has great pace in the 1st half, but post interval gets a little slow, but recovers in time for the climax. Sanju and AB are brothers in the movie, with ZK having a crush on Diya Mirza, who is Sanju and AB's younger sister. The promos show, Suniel Shetty too. But he isnt a part of ATC. He is a police officer in Canada who is married to Raima Sen, but is about to get divorced over a rather stupid reason. Pankaj Kapoor plays somebody, whose name I wouldn't take, coz itll just ruin the climax. The movie has all the makings of an entertaining, action thriller with hummers limousines... The works! The Indian Home Ministry wants to shut down ATC in a weeks time, so from the time of the start of the movie, May 3, till the time of the bomb blast, May 10, it's a day by day account of what happens. The best part is that the movie has just 3 songs. And 2 of which are just amazing, Dus Bahane and Deedar De (promos of which are responsible for getting 70% of the women and 100% of the men population into the hall in the first place) So you might just get 1 chance to attend to nature's call while watching the movie, I. E. when the sagai song comes, 1 hr into the 1st half. I dont know what the guys were whistling for but there was a lot of that during the movie. The second half has most of the shots in Canada, which makes for a great view in the background incase ever Suniel Shetty or Raima Sen come! Pankaj Kapoor plays a very important role in the movie, but the same old "punjabi" style of talking, which is actually anything but punjabi is disheartening to watch. Being a punjabi, and more importantly, being able to speak and understand my mother dialect, I feel sorry for the way Kapoor speaks. But his mazaakiya ways bring the much needed light moments in the 2nd half. Shilpa Shetty has her back showing perpetually throughout the second half, with a tattoo there. So you cant help but have your attention diverted there even when some intense serious scene is coming. She has reduced a lot of weight and the nose job has gone a long way in making her atleast tolerable to watch. Jumping from one building to another, one vehicle to another, and gunshots from all possible awckward body postures is all what Dus is about. Now for how every body fared out of 5 according to me. Sanju was amazing at 4.5/5, Zayed 4/5, AB 4.5/5, Shipla 3.5/5, Pankaj Kapoor 3/5, Suneil 3.5/5, Raima 1/5 and Gulshan Grover around 2/5 basically since he has no lines in the movie except a few and plays one of the terrorists. The ending of the movie is absolutely fantastic with the climax taking every1 by surprise. Something happens which only a few couldve anticipated. Oh yes, theres Esha Deol too playing Neha in the movie. I dont want to say anything about her role either coz thats part of the suspense too. Now for the flaws of the movie, coz I wouldnt have written the post, without criticizing the movie a lil bit. The movie has that old style of the place and time flashing down on the corner of the screen every time a new shot is taken. Now for all the delhites, we all know that there isnt any water body surrounding the AIIMS flyover (Manu would be the best judge of that) So when they show Sanju's brother inlaw being bombed by the terrorists, they say its on the AIIMS flyover. But I dont remember there being water there. Also the movie starts off with a bomb scare which is apparently shown to be in Delhi. But I dont think any building that tall stands anywhere in Delhi. So thats Mumbai too. When a cremation is going on, it says Hindu Crematorium, Delhi... and there are hills in the background!! Now thats just funny. Also the feild where the bomb has been planted for the May 10 attack, seems to be a triangular shaped feild best suited for baseball. But they actually show Manchester United playing in it!! Thats even funnier..

It's a pretty good movie made on a different plot. Its songs are already a hit but be assure of me its climax has much more to thrill you. One would feel that it slows down for sometime but overall it's a well deserved blockbuster.
