Truly loved this romatic comedy. It lifted me up when I saw this show.

A few funny parts and predictable just as The Devil Wears Prada was. Light-hearted movie for family night and for a rental we enjoyed it. Fisher isn't the greatest actress and her supporting cast isn't widely known for memorable parts (except Goodman) and when they throw actors like John Lithgow in for the few minutes he had, you know they just filled with some well-knowns to hook some who thought they'd have more of a part. Liked it enough to give it a 6 though, good for family night and you'll still get a few laughs out of it. Happy I didn't take this one in at the theater and the wife thought so too.

A very flat plot, the characters are to get into or feel anything for, the last 20mins or so just felt forced.

I thought it was a fun, girly movie, which is exactly what I was looking for when I rented it. The story line was good, and although it had its funny moments, it wasn't a really believable story. But, now that I've seen the movie, I do want to read the books (considering the book is ALWAYS better than the movie), and I kinda want to buy myself a green scarf. Acting = alright story = pretty good rebecca's wardrobe = awesome!

It's a good movie that is worth watching at home or something. I thought Hugh Dancy could have done a better job though.

This is a very childish script. I am surprised that someone would put up the money to make something this bad.

I just found it a hilarious movie. I know that it is kind of a chick flick but I found it funny to see all the ladies in the movie scrambling for store products.

This movie was okay, it was very funny in some parts, but I thought it would be better for some reason, but what you saw in the commercials is what you get. It was pretty good I guess, I like the somewhat romance they had. Go see it, it's worth seeing for the most of the parts.

Having been a big fan of the series of books I was looking forward to see this movie. This adaptation was really not well done. Americanizing the movie took away from the essence of the characters and abused the British sense of humour... actually pretty much eliminating it entirely.

I thought it was going to be a really movie. Although there were alot of laughs I thought it could be funnier. I didn't see anything that was bad in the movie. I enjoyed it and I wish I had it in DVD in my hands right now. :)

Predictable and stupid movie, her wardrobe is not even worth it! Tries too much to be like Carrie Bradshaw. The acting is very poor and the story unrealistic. Not worth paying for this movie, you can rent it!

A fun, adorable and quirky comedy! BUT, it is very different from the books, and you just feel disoriented. The Kinsella fans might be disappointed. Otherwise, it's just a light chick-flick.

After hearing good things about this movie for weeks, finally saw it. It was better than I expected despite never read the book before. The casting of Isla Fisher as Rebecca was perfect as she was sweet, smart, funny. Worth the $$ for a night out.

[...] There seemed like there was no plot! The girls stupidity did not humor me at all and the romance scenes were way to cheesy. Made my eyes bleed.

I took my 10 year old daughter and we both enjoyed it alot. I kept looking over at my daughter during the movie and told her not to even think about asking me for a credit card... EVER... lol It was funny and she is always cute... liked her ever since I saw the wedding crashers.

Well I was very curious as to what kind of movie this is. I expected to be a typical chick flick that I wouldn't really enjoy but it turned out I was quite entertained by it. The story makes sense and the humor is pretty decent.

It was sooo good. My brother came with us (me and my freinds) and he didn't really like it, he thought it was cheesy. Anyways us girls loved it. It was so funny, and cute, and romantic all at the same time.

Too bad there is no option for -1 on the rating scale. If you read the books - it was a terrible movie. How good becky not be british if luke is british. There was no explanation of suze and tarkie - they were just kinda there. The fashion was brutal. It was 80's throwbacks with the odd prada piece thrown in. This was just a baad movie.

I read all of the books in the series and thought they tied it in for the most part. The only thing I disagree with is that it should have been created in England especially since the one book is about abroad in NY so save that for then if more movies are made. Needed more romance and comedy added. The book is hilarious yet I didn't get that feeling with the movie like I did the book. Once again I think it may be because of the british humour, which the movies lacks. Isla is a cute actress though, made me feel empathetic with her though.

I am the kind a girl that would kill to see a movie about shopping and fashion. I am a real girly girl but that movie was chessy and dumb like come on talking manikins like that was the weirdest thing ever!!! But the style wasn't half bad and the the luc the leed guy was ok looking and the acting was ok.
