Among the featured players, only Samuel L. Jackson's character seemed to be a living, breathing human being. Too bad. There was lot's of potential in the story line.

Very touching movie. Once your forget that your watching Samuel L. Jackson and Josh Hartnet and get into the caracters you find a great story that was begging for hollywood to make it. Josh Hartnet is miss cast in this movie but manages not to bring down the whole production... mainly because Jackson carying all the weight.

Could have been so much better. Good story, from real life anyways, but the script was, way to weak, acting sub-par... I can't stop thinking that Josh Hartnett is the next Richard Gere, good looks, bad actor.

Truly fantastic! Just when you think it is dragging and there can't be a good ending it explodes in feel good excitement and who done it like suspense. More a human interest story than anything else but the sup plots all fit and the the acting is superb.

Samuel Jackson did a wonderful job portraying his character. The movie was great. It is based on a true story which makes it even better. Although it was very good, it was kind of sad as well. Definitely go see it.
