Movie is a little far fetched with the "monster" but the ending makes the movie well worth watching! Very unpredictable and shocking!!!

Falls behind silence of the lambs for bet horror, but still awesome. Just wish you could see the larger monsters better. The ending was a slap in the face. If only he waited 1 more minute.

I like a movie with some character development. This movie gave the audience something to cheer for and something to cringe about. Marcia Gay Harden was excellent in her role because... she couldn't make me dislike her much more than I did. It's no surprise that she received an oscar for her role in Mystic River; she is a good actor. Not an entirely bad piece of work. Worth watching as a rental.

The only reason I watched this movie to the end is to see how stupid it could get. On that point, I was not disappointed. The people who made that film should all be executed.

It's pretty good at the beginning but the ending could have been a lot better and more action some people might of fallen asleep maybe if it gave you more detail at the end but I did like the special effects buit some parts of the story were not put together good I think they should of put more of twist on the story but it was a very intense movie some parts were pretty obvious like who was going to die I guess it was kinda appealing.

WOW. One of a kind movie. Usually I'm not really into horror movies, but this one really stands out with the drama side. The sc-fi part is nice and the thriller side is well done. But all in all, I love how this movie exploit the weakness of humanity. Props to the director! And of course stephen king. A must see.

If you like the Living Dead movies, you'll enjoy this - same idea. Nothing new, not even the ending but it's still fun to watch.
