A funny satire, with a pretty good ending, Fred WIllards character is the show stealer.

Not the best of Guest but still very funny - a good cast and good writing (such as it was)

DVD: "For Your Consideration"
This movie is for you if: you like any of Christopher Guests films, Waiting for Guffman, A Mighty Wind and Best in Show, if you like improv and or "awkward" humor style It was no best in show, but it was still hilarious and had all my favourites from the past movies, I really enjoyed it!

I always enjoy a Christopher Guest movie, and this one was no different. I loved it. The addition of Ricky Gervais... good choice. Loved it! Very funny, lots of laughs. Go see it!!!

This movie was recommended by a trusted friend as a lot of laughs. We had a few chuckles but would recommend waiting for the video.

I saw this movie the other night, parts of it were funny, but it seemed to drag on. The movie was 90 minutes, and I felt myself drifting off at one point. I actually found some of the main characters more annoying than funny. The secondary characters had more laughs than the main. I don't think I would recommend this movie.

I was disappointed by this film. It doesn't have much substance, and isn't particularly funny... It doesn't provide any "insider" humour on the movie biz, nor even any wacky hilarity. This is just a rental, if you're a big Christopher Guest fan.

Worst ever movie. We were counting down the minutes until it was over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVIE! The only reason it was good was because there was hardly anyone in the theatre and we could talk about it and laugh at how bad it was. Do not go see it, the word horrible describes it all.

This is Chris Guest film through and through. If you appreciated the humour in Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, and A Mighty Wind, then you will love this. It's balls to the walls funny.

I thouht it had moments of true greatness. Catherine O'Hara deserves and Oscar. You heard it here. Oscar buzz for O'Hara! Her facial contortions near the end are worth it alone.

Lets just say I've been seen movies for a long time, and I've never fallen asleep in a theater, well this time I did.
