Absolutely my favorite movie. It is the quintessential dark satire. It was ahead of it's time when I first saw it in 1964 and it is still a classic. I think every voting adult should see it and be scared by it.

It didn't have a good ending. It was predictable and poorly written. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Two of the greatest talents in cinema history performing at the peak of their abilities. Stanley Kubrick and Peter Sellars in their most famous and fruitful collaboration. Also a great performance from George C. Scott. And yet the film is still greater than the sum of all its parts. It is truly one of the greatest films of all time.

Basically. This film is perfect. Flawless or as close to flawless as any film can come... timeless. Priceless. ADORE.

This movie was hilarious... it was shown in a film class I took. It is set in the paraniod mind of US versus the world attitude... in regard to "gaps."(IE the mine gap and doomsday machine gap) Kubrick does have a Freudian type mind, hence the multitude of sexual perversions in many of his films, nevertheless it feeds the human appetite and is extremely hilarious!

Fantastic Movie... The last 5 words sum up the whole movie; "Mein Fuehrer, I can walk! ".

As relevant today as ever it was. Who knew the Americans still had Dr. Strangelove as an advisor. I recommended this to a friend a couple of weeks ago and he raved about it all day after he saw it.

This is the funniest film of the 20th century, provided that your grasp of english (and American/British accents) is 100%. Francophones may find Elvis Gratton a better fit. Rumor has it that Peter Sellers was going to play a 4th role as the bomber pilot, but Slim Pickens got the role after Sellers broke his leg. I need to find this movie on DVD, my VHS tape is wearing out.

A black comedy that delivers on so many levels, "Dr. Strangelove" must be my favourite satire this side of "Network". Sellers, Scott, and even Slim Pickens are wonderful. IF this movie is actually playing at a theater somewhere, I will ride my bike over there as fast as I can.

This was an awesome movie! It's incredible that a movie made over 30 years ago is still so funny, in fact funnier than what we're used to now. Jokes about fluids, paranoia about evil russian commies, and the famous lines: "You can't fight in here! This is the war room! " make this movie great.
