Really funny movie! Laughs just kept coming. Even the sex scenes were funny!

I'm a big Stiller fan and I must say one of his best movies so far. Sex scenes were not necassary.

Had some funny parts here and there it was a good movie, but the sex scenes weren't necessary.

Do not watch this movie unless you enjoy crude, tactless, sexual "humour". The sex scenes were disgusting and over the top. If I wanted to watch something so sexually graphic, I should have rented a porno, at least that would have been a little more enjoyable. Same ol' cliché romantic comedy crap only this was peppered with unnecessary nudity and gross sex scenes. This was an unfunny waste of time.

My boyfriend and I were hesitant about renting this because we have heard some bad review and WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. A lot of the time, I disagree with bad ratings so I thought I'd give this movie a shot, especially because I love Ben Stiller. Not funny. Awkward. Bad supporting actress (Lila, blonde)- I was thinking if she were played by Isla Fischer, the movie might have been pretty good. Bottom line, not worth renting.

Pretty funny movie, had me laughing throughout it. The "sex scenes" were a little over-done though...

The ending was the only time I laughed. And even then, it wasn't a big laugh. At least I watched in good company! (by the way, my girlfriend didn't laugh either)

I guess it is funny sometimes. I laughed a few times, but Ben Stiller has made better movies than this one. If you want to see a light comedy with some funny dialogue, this is one, but do not expect a comedy that will make you laugh from start to finish.

This movie is so funny. I like the idea too, and of course one of the greatest comedy actors Ben Stiller.

This movie is beyond bad. You can actually see the eyeballs shifting as they read their lines off set. Jerry Stiller is the only redeeming presence onscreen. Few jokes and far inbetween. What a load of garbagio! Rent Knocked Up instead.

A great concept with a few curves but way to much sexual humor. By that I mean too far over the acceptable, although people did laugh. Most of the jokes could have been much better without the swearing and references.

Even if I'm a big fan of Ben Stiler, I didn't enjoy the movie much. The movie reminds me of "There is something about Mary". however, there is some hysterically funny part, too.

This movie is really funny... if you liked there is something about marry this will meet your expectations... it has some crude content which makes it perfect for the young audience... the only part which I did not like was the end as it was just retarded... if you are looking for a funny crude comedy that will make you laugh then this is a must see.

Me and my wife go to the theatre to see just about every movie that comes out with reference to action and comedies , this was not at all funny had no direction or story , acting was terrible. This was a waste of time and money.

[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] The main word that comes to mind is "TWISTED". I mean really... many crude and unbelievable parts that made me gasp! Including the donkey scene. EEWW!!! So I'm a prude? I don't think so. The nudity was uncalled for as well. There were some HA HA moments but it really left a sour taste in my mouth and the gal pal I went with. Note: Watch for a short clip after the credits. It makes a lot of sense.

I thought it would be better. Alot better. This kind of sucked. It was like every other romantic comedy. Some funny parts. Kept hoping it would get better but it didn't.

I was expecting to laugh thru the movie, but I didn't. It wasn't all that good, and the laugh were rare. I would save my money and just rent it when it comes out on dvd. This movie shouldn't have been in theaters, it's a flop. Not really funny except for maybe 3 or 4 laughs. Thats it. Don't go see it, save your money!!

God this movie was boring... i mean what are people thinking when they write scripts for a romantic comedy movie such as this? The whole point is for it to be "funny" and somewhat cute... man i should be a goddamn writer! Someone bring me a pen!

Maybe not the best in the Stiller collection, and maybe very similar to "what about Mary", but I tell you something, for my better half to laugh, and laugh, it made me laugh and laugh, suddenly like the plague, became contagious through out the theatre... So, that night, this movie was very funny... It's one of those movies where the audience dictates it's success... The more people laugh, the more they laugh... We felt it was worth it and found it very funny...

Did not live up to the hype. Jerry Stiller was the funniest part of the movie and they gave him 3 lines... The humor was terrible and the side characters made it even worse. It didn't even make sense, it's like they picked ideas out of a hat for the next scene.

I'll admit there were a few good laughs in the movie, but the story was really weak, and the ending was kind of disappointing... also, don't take kids to see it! Oi... some parents brought young kids to see this... what were they thinking?

Movie was ok but was expecting more laughs than that. Storyline is predictable. Stiller as funny as usual but jokes are once again predictable. Still think it's worthwhile if packed cinema for the collaborative laughs, otherwise, if empty, you might find yourself forcing out the laughters.

I can't give this movie any more that half a grade. First of all, for a supposed screwball comedy, it seriously drags for almost a full 45 minutes. Secondly, besides the funny parts from the trailer and a few extreme Farrelly jokes, this movie does not have that many laughs. If you want brainless humour, this movie will not give it to you, unless you are satisfied with the same old, same old. I didn't even go into this movie with high expectations, as I figured the fact it was not doing well at the Box Office was a warning. But being a movie buff, I gave it a shot. A very generous 5/10.

Short and unimpressive. Stillar just didn't seem into it, and in a movie that tried to seem less ridiculous than There's Something About Mary, the Farrelly brothers went overboard with Akerman (Lila) As others have said, Monaghan was the only redeeming character that this movie has. Also, the random nudity was entirely uncalled for, without it the rating would be 14A at most... completely unnecessary.

I thought I was going to see a good movie but it was terrible. I wish I would have read the reviews on it. It was distasteful, vulgar and crude. Ben was better "in a night in a museum". I'd rather watch a documentary on the slug!!!

I thought the movie has alot of witty humor and a funny story to it... it turned out much better then I expected, and if I had to choose between the heartbreak kid and good luck chuck... this was the better of the two. The female character was almost to the point of being annoying at some points, but yet again the humor made up for it. Some of the jokes were pretty crude humor and Ben Stillers father came out with some pretty hilarious one liners and had the audience waiting for his mouth to open for more... ha... I think the only reason some people gave this movie a really low rating is because Ben Stiller is one of those actors you really like or really dislike... happy moving goings.

[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] Ben Stiller and his father not as funny as they are used to be... It's as if... they are tired of comedy or something!! You still laugh very hard at times though... especially in the scenes were mexican people are trying to pass the border... breaks your heart... but so much the truth!

A few funny party, a few REALLY funny parts and a few really looong scenes. Ben Stiller reprises his role as the funny nice guy who bad things happen to (as in pretty much every other movie he does), but at the same time he doesn't disappoint. Good rental. PS Why does this rather ugly man always get hot chicks in his flicks (think Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Aniston, etc. etc.)?

Has a Farley Brothers feel, but is no something about mary... some killer funny scenes that help make up for the slower moments though... KILLER ENDING worth paying for... The fact that I caught this movie with a pretty unreal chick, didn't hurt either... tee hee... Shane.

Not as good as "Something About Mary" but in the same category. There are a couple laugh out loud spots and the story is somewhat believable. Stiller plays these roles so well.
