Never has there been a more tender, uplifting and thoroughly enjoyable film about life and how to live it even when death rips apart the emotions of these forward-thinking seniors who strive to live in the moment rather than in the past. Bravo!

Loved it! What a gem of a documentary. I was also moved to tears and so was my BF. He loved the singing. These older seniors can really belt out the tunes. This will be the summer's best little secret.

Sweet! This movie is so moving... I cried and laughed all the way through. The singing alone is worth seeing. I really enjoyed this film and hope they make another one to update us all on how they're doing.

This film is so entertaining and such a pick me up. I was so inspired by watching these older men and women face adversities of every day life that we younger folks take for granted. Certainly the best film I've seen so far this year.

This film is such a treat to watch. I loved the singing, the stories of their lives, their way of coping with reality. Tell your friends to see it. It is well worth the time and money. You won't be disappointed at all.

I loved it! The singing is awesome. These old coots can really rock! I hope that I am that spry when I'm in my 70s. It is like others have said, a real tear jerker. If it doesn't make you cry, you need to see a shrink...

A wonderful film. I enjoyed it thoroughly and yes, it moved me to tears. This is such a refreshing change from the mindless dribble that's out there today like crappy Zohan... Go see it then call your Mom and touch base with her or go with her to the movie and enjoy it together.

Bring tissues, this tear-jerker could move anyone. It's beautiful, refreshing and reassuring to know that while the body ages, the spirit remains vibrant.

This is a real tear jerker. What a sensitive, touching, and heartwarming film. I also liked some of the artisitic craft of making part of the film seem like a music video with short clips. That was a nice touch. Bravo to the choir! They were wonderful to see and be part of their lives for a few hours. I know those few hours made me feel uplifted and inspired.

Wow! What a terrific movie! I always tell my patients that they should enjoy every day as a gift and a blessing. One's health can be taken away in a snap of one's fingers. This movie celebrates life. Enjoy life and enjoy this film!

I really enjoyed this film about the choir of older seniors. They have such a zest for life it can only make you feel inspired. I loved the singing and the peek into the life of the aged--they must be doing something right if they are all well enough to sing in their 80s and even 90s. I was touched and moved to tears.

Such a good film! My GF and I cried. It was a very powerful movie and not the typical Hollywood crap. A pure delight to watch. Go see it.

What a feel good movie! I went with my Mom who is in her 70s and we both laughed and cried through it. It is touching, thoughtful, sensitive and gets you feeling very inspired about how they (the cast) cope with life as seniors. I recommend it highly.

Very satisfying. The singers are all truly Young at Heart and several moments are a real delight. Poignant, sad at times, and really dear at others. Life should be lived with grace at every stage and these seniors and Bob their choral master exude that quality. The documentary voice is occasionally intrusive and slightly condescending, which detracts from the authenticity, but this is a minor complaint. Take several generations with you and join in exuberant wailing just like James Brown.

This movie inspires both Young and old to take stock of one's own life and stretch yourself. It's good for your health and builds friendship, respect and a sense of purpose that uplifts and inspires us to be the best we can be. We need more movies like this... I can't wait for the DVD. This makes a great Christmas gift for the non-movie goer or will convert them.

An excellent movie for anyone who thinks life ends at 30. My mom (who is 84) and my wife and I (in our early 50's) all loved it.

This is for the type of person who wants to learn about others in a different situation (or for people who like choral signing, or for people in a situation similar to the one of the protagonists) This is not an action movie, or fiction the way we usually find at the movies. But for the right type of public, this is very good movie, most human, and optimistic. The signers are impressive in what they accomplish, including lifting an audience and getting standing ovations. I agree with the other positive comments already posted. 7 and a half.

I took my grandmother to see this movie and she loved it just as much as I did. It was very uplifting and positive message. Many people dwell on the negatives in their lives instead of enjoying the time we have here. I would encourage everyone to see this movie.

A wonderful Heart-warming movie with moments of tears and laughter. For all ages. Makes you realize that growing old is a matter of the mind and that we do not begin to see the potential and creativity of the elderly. Take your parents and your children.

My admiration and respect for a group of people that not only are Young at Heart but can show us a lot about giving joy happiness and example to those that think that life ends at 50! Bravo to them and their director. I felt the music in my Heart and it took my husband to stop me from getting up, clap and dance with them.

Wow... nobody would ever think of starting a Chorus with a bunch of oldies and venture to make it into a film to boot... but this movie is very endearing and keeps you interested all the way. With the Young shedding their old parents aside these days because they can't find the time to visit, you can see how these get togethers to practise elevate the souls and spirits of aged people (up to 92 yrs old) to a point that some of them try to postpone death for awhile just to make the concerts. A must see.

Like Fred said: it's not a swan song but an ugly duckling song. Yep, this music-documentary is different; old folks (the average age is about 80, the eldest being 92!) singing to contemporary music. It doesn't have to be seen in a movie theatre, you can wait till it hits TV, but, by moment, it's touching and heartwarming. The downside is it's sheer entertainment value. I give it 6½.

Wow... I had no idea how emotional this movie would be. It is a good movie for sure. Gives you something to think about in life.

Music has sometimes been considered the Devil's work, by different generations, different righteous (religious) groups, or simply differing outlooks. This film amply demonstrates that the sound of music can leap tall buildings, forming a bridge over adversity. The concept far exceeds the actual quality of the music demonstrated here.

I loved this movie! Go see it for yourself. I want very much to buy the DVD for my parents when it is released. Cry, laugh, feel and go home with a renewed belief in movie making.

If you are Young you might miss some of the nuances. If you are old you will love it, laugh and probably cry.

We laughed, we cried, we sang! My friend and I agree that this fine crafted film was good for OUR hearts, and we recommended it to my Young musician neighbours for we were confident that they would agree with us. Every moment of this film was special, and my attention did not wander one bit. This is a gracious movie about truly gracious people.

It's a really great movie. It's nice to see something that is different from the normal blockbusters and relate to something that is real.

Unbelievably good, a moving experience like movies should be. Old people nearing death singing defiant Young punk rock songs, making us pay closer attention to this normally invisible age group of unique individual human beings. As a bonus, we finally get to hear some of the lyrics in these whiney snarling songs.

A sweet Heart warming movie. Not what I expected and so a pleasant surprize. Bring tissue as it is an emotional rollercoaster.
