What an awesome way to make the resident evil series a trilogy! I didn't go in expecting much and in fact I expected it to be a let down. This movie looks great, the death scenes at the hands of the zombies are great, Alice's killing of the advanced zombies in Las Vegas is very cool, the virus affected crows were perfect and the Tyrant creature looked pretty good. The movie was just the right length of time and was left with the audience (at least me!) looking forward to the fourth installment. These movies just keep getting better as they go on. I was disappointed not to see Jill Valentine in this one but that can be forgiven. It will also make you jump in several scenes, but its mostly because the director has concentrated more on very loud "jumpy" music at scary parts.
