My favourite movie thus far for 2007. A charming and deeply captivating tale of love and music. I HATE musicals but I loved this movie. I strongly agree that this film sets the standard for the modern musical. A bunch better way of telling a story than people simply erupting into song like a bunch of Mary's. This film very much deserves to be seen and offers more real human emotion than any of the crappy summer blockbusters so far. I want so badly for this film to be recognized into next year's Oscars. If Falling Slowly gets nominated for best Song and Glen and Marketa perform it during the Oscars, I predict that will be the highlight of the broadcast. I guarantee that this movie will get your toes tapping and at the same time will play on your heartstrings (ouf... Not sure if that came across as witty or lame)
