A very nice movie to see with the family. My girls 10 and 9 loved it and invited a friend to see it again as usual Eddie Murphy is hilarious.

A wonderful kids movie, as the plot wasn't too busy for the younger ones. Do not bring your teens--they will be bored as it has good ol fashioned slapstick no bells or whistles here.

I think that Meet Dave is a funny movie Eddie Murphy acts very funny and his character in the movie Dave acts very weird and crazy at the same time it is a very interesting movie and you have to watch it cause you will just laugh really hard!

I said a 6 because there was so much potential for this movie to be more than it was. Just when a part gets good, they change directions and are onto to something else. Perhaps it is movies like this is part of the reason that Mr. Murphy wants to back to stand up. Has good moments, but they are just that moments.

I think, overall this movie was clean, for me some part of the movie was a little bit funny, okay acting to see it. I was not dispointed for selecting this movie. So, I enjoy it watching. You may go out with friend(s) or someone, so you will have good time, I hope.

I really enjoyed this movie, had a lot of laughs. Not the sort of movie that you come away with a message just plain old fun. Lots of slapstick type humor. It would be enjoyed alot by younger folks and older folks that can still be silly.

Good movie, many funny parts. My wife and I had good laughs with this one. It was funnier than I was expecting it to be. If you like Eddie Murphy, you will probably like this one.

Hilaaarious!!! Good clean fun!!! Eddie is spectacular, there are a lot of funny one-liners and the heal the family theme is a nice enough backdrop.

It was incredible, I went to Guzzo and it was packed. I waited 20 minutes in line to buy tickets. I decided to see Meet Dave and check out Voyage and Hellboy when the crowds have diminished. I'm telling you the place was empty. You'd think that with all those people maybe a handful would decide to see this film. Nope... people are staying away from this one. Mind you I can see why, it's predictable, not very funny but it does have it's moments though but you already saw them in the previews, and a sappy theme a la Star Trek. But I guess I was not in the mood for crowds when I saw this so I enjoyed this movie for what it was, spending a rainy afternoon watching a dumb movie. If it's beautiful out please don't waste your time with this movie catch it on DVD. I knew I should have seen Voyage to the Center of the Earth. Well, there's always next time.
