User's review

This movie is a genre of fictional documentary where a a social problem is "documented" through a fictional story. I thought this was thought-provoking and heart-wrenching. It illuminates the problems facing immigrants and their children in a way that will stay with you long after you have finished watching the movie. It may not have the answers, but it raises the questions in a visual, easy to understand, didactic manner. The performances of some the actors whom I found out later are amateurs are also really worth seeing.
