When I observed the wide range of reviews for this movie, it finally intrigued me enough to see it. I was curious what camp I would fall into. I think it is a excellent movie. Ironically, they had a couple previews of fast car, action movies just prior. If this is what you are expecting, DON'T or DON'T GO. This movie is disturbing realistic and will make you experience a wide range of emotions - from nausea to elation. It allows you to view a side of the world that most of us will never see. There are intertwined story lines and I found myself looking forward to the gritty Mexican scenes - mostly for the incredible acting. The message of this movie is more than just drugs - it is about what people choose to dedicate their lives to and the power of human resolve in the face of adversity. To me, the final scene alone was worth the price of admission.
