I read the book, which I absolutely loved. It was a brilliant piece of writing, and I was so excited to see the movie. The movie was great, I think Rachel McAdams was the perfect pick for Clare, and Eric Bana for Henry. There are several things that knocked down my score of this movie :-The book was much more sexual... Clare and Henry had a very passionate and sexual relationship... Henry NEEDS sex to stop from time travelling... and I think this was important point missed. -I understand having to take parts out of the movie, but I think that Kimy, Ben and Ingrid should have been in the movie--major characters should not be excluded. -I think that the hunters should have remained as Clare's dad and brother But this movie definitely pulled more emotion out of me than the novel! Loved it, and I will watch it again--removing the novel from the movie itself.
