User's review

This is a nice little movie that has a bunch of interesting stories to tell. The casting is very well done and the storyline is a tad hokey, but all in all, a decent film. It tries to be sentimental but lacks a certain final touch, and it's incredible how involved and ridiculously exaggerrated Edward Bloom's stories become. I loved his determination & perseverence to get the things he wanted, and on a final note Alison Lohman looks super cute as the young Sandra Kay Templeton.
