Garden City is easily the best film I have seen this summer, if not in the past few years. It combines wacky humour with a deep and profound examination of lifes purpose and meaning (as shown against a backdrop of a generation lacking both) Sounds like quite a contrast, and it is, constantly changing pace and taking the viewer for quite an emotional ride. The acting, cinematography and writing are all refreshing and engaging. Unlike most films, definitely worth seeing a second time.
