User's review

A real gem, if only for the desert scenery, this is a story one man's quest for justice amid indifference and prejudice. Tommy Lee Jones' character is a bedrock of courage amid characters who lead empty and meaningless lives. Canada's Barry Pepper turns in a strong performance as a puerile border cop made to face justice for his actions.
