Spiderman trilogy, X-Men 3, Ang Lee's Hulk, Fantastic Four 1+2. These are the movies that have made a mockery of some amazing characters in my favourite comics. I was slowly losing the will to live watching these jokes of movies. Iron Man is not in the same league I am so thrilled to say! What a totally amazing movie. Faverau has done the character and comic book a great honour with his movie. It looks amazing and Robert Downey Jr. personifies Tony Stark. There are a LOT of funny moments but not funny cheesy moments. Iron Man's repuslor rays are perfectly done as is his voice when in the suit. Please stay in the theatre after the final credits to see the appearance of a very important character.
