Encore une preuve qu'il y a espoir chez nos voisins, tant au cinéma que dans la société. Voici un film fort complexe, aux trames multiples, qui se mettent en place au fur et à mesure du scénario. Fascinant mais épeurant à la fois, quand on constate combien tout se joue hors de notre contrôle, entre les mains de personnes qui n'ont pas nécessairement la capacité de juger du sort de l'humanité. Ce film demande une attention particulière, et probablement une seconde écoute pour bien en saisir les rouages. Intelligent. Excellent. Décidément, Clooney fait du bon cinéma (je n'aurais pas imaginé ça à l'époque de ER)

Je suis content de l'avoir écouté seul, dans un atmosphère calme et connaître un peu sur le sujet, car le film est vraiment complexe. Il démontre très bien la complexité de la situation et que même quelques bons individus ne peuvent que subir les fatalités économiques. Je vous conseille de le réécouter si vous ne avez eu du mal la première fois, la deuxième sera beaucoup plus aisé pour bien connaitre les personnages qui sont aussi nombreux qu'intéressants. Les acteurs jouent parfaitement justes et c'était très important dans ce film. Une réalisation vraiment super avec de bonnes musiques et une ambiance étoufante. Le rythme est rapide, mais c'est parce que le film à beaucoup de contenu à livrer et un vaste scénario à raconter. Il m'a paru plus que crédible(J'imagine parfaitement que des situation très semblables sont déjà survenus) J'espère juste que vous comprendrez, sinon il vous sera difficile d'apprécier.

Courageux et suicidaire... Film réaliste et tout aussi bordélique qu'un reportage au moyen-orient. M'a laissé avec un intense accablement aux relents de "on ne va jamais s'en sortir". Clooney est à contre emploi mais tellement largué que l'effort d'acting n'a pas du être démentiel, le scénario est un sac de noeuds, le montage digne d'un rough d'Agence de presse... C'est peut être volontaire pour créer une ambiance "immersion totale" mais on a vite fait d'avoir envie de se faire rapatrier. Les allées et venues des personnages entre les différents pays sont manifestement oganisés par les transporteurs de StarTrek. Je sais qu'ils sont peu utiles scénaristiquement mais cette gestion chaotique du temps déstabilise un peu la lecture... trouve-je.

Ca a l'air ma fois très intéressant, mais personnellement j'ai été dépassée par le nombre de personnages et la complexité de l'intrigue. J'ai saisi l'ensemble, qui m'a émue, mais ce film est à mon avis trop compliqué pour ne le voir qu'une fois. En tout cas, les acteurs sont excellents et on ne s'ennuie pas.

En allant voir ce film, il ne faut pas sattendre à voir beaucoup daction, deffets spéciaux à couper le souffle, etc., mais plutôt à voir un film sérieux sur un sujet qui touche chacun de nous, et qui est une des clés de voûte de notre société. Ainsi, ce film nest pas une fiction, ni un documentaire, mais bel et bien un film alliant les deux genres, car oui on évoque la réalité de notre monde concernant le pétrole, mais on y inclue des scènes de fiction. Par ailleurs, Syriana est servi par une belle interprétation des acteurs. Soulignons la performance atypique de George Clooney dans le rôle du vétéran de la CIA, qui a pris 17 kilos pour être au plus proche de son personnage. La scène de torture quil subit, est certes très courte, mais pesante et devient même insoutenable. Quand à Matt Damon, il nous livre une très belle performance dun analyste en pétrole. Syriana ne plaira pas à tout le monde, et restera un film de genre, quil faut comprendre. Certes, il est difficile de tout saisir dès le début, et on pourra croire que le film deviendra un vrai supplice, mais au fur et à mesure que le film avance, des réactions géo-politiques senchaînent, les scènes se recoupent de plus en plus, pour arriver à une fusion totale de tous les personnages, et alors on se rend compte quon a été pris par le film. En résumé, Syriana est un film massue sur le triptique :Pouvoir, Argent et Pétrole.
