Pretty average movie. The transformation of the Anne Heche character at the end was not believable, nor was the "deus ex machina" resolution (although it was predictable) Some things remain unexplained or inconsistent. I did like the footage from the Alberta Rockies (where the "car accident" occurs) , and the acting quality is good, but unless you really need to feel that the Canadian health care system is miles (kilometres?) beyond the US, you can pass on this movie.
