When did sexuality become such a badly regarded topic? Everything was done with perspective. The characters where deep and complex. Nothing in this movie stands out as simply mundane or déjà-vu. I thought it was thought provoking and original in its own way. it's a good movie to watch and maybe even great for some. You still have to keep an open mind as to what drives the lives of others though. If you come in with too many prejudices you will definitely have a hard time enjoying it.

Superficially, this is a movie about people who have a car crash fetish. However this movie is much more an allegory for fetishism in general and how such deviancy can completely dominate a life in pursuit of a sexual fulfillment otherwise unattainable. This is high art in the truest sense of the word, required viewing in my opinion.

Though not as good as his most recent film, "Spider", Crash is a fantastic film from a fantastic director. Truly memorable.

Cronenberg never fails. Not for feeble minds.

David Cronenberg in "Crash" as well as in his first sensation, "Videodrome, " subordinates and sacrifices the "obsolete" human being to the "purity" of modern technology, looking for death, decadence and disease as the method of evolutionary progress for the human race. Since women are customarily favorable to human culture and perpetuation, "Crash" renders woman characters as particularly sinister and grotesque. Misanthropy and misogyny are Cronenberg's themes, but not comparable to Jonathan Swift who parodied social order, not the human condition.

High voltage through the body. Every sense on high level. The iron like a paper and the glass like an ice. The most secret feelings on the canvas. I join this movie, cause it is interesting to explore new feelings on a while. The only thing you have to do is to put oneself in character's place.

Very boring movie! No storyline other than lots of accidents and horny bystanders. Don't bother wasting your money!

I thought this was a great movie. Takes a sadistic twist on peoples facination with accidents. Some may find it a little graphic and twisted however these are also the same people who try to see something at an accident scene.
