[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] Oh My God, Teaching Mrs Tingle is one of the best comedic thrillers you will ever see. Helen Mirren deserved an oscar for playing the great big bitch of a teacher. Loved every minute of it. But the problem is, it's one of the hardest movies to find, almost as hard as kidnapping your own history teacher and tying her up in her own house. Oops, I've said too much. Happy hunting!

I think this was a OK movie! There was some good parts and there were some parts that I didn't really care for. But overall I would see this movie again!!!

I didn't really like the whole story, however I love Katie Holmes. She is beautiful, so I give the movie a good score.

Well... I think it was a very very good movie, but I also think the problem is in the way they publicized it. People wanted to see a thriller or a horror movie after thay saw the trailer. But it is a kind of black-comedy. That isn't a teen-slasher movie, and that's GOOd. No murders! Must-see for Marisa Coughlan, Helen Mirren, Katie Holmes performances and Kevin Williamson script.

Finally a movie with good dialog and great acting. Ive been waiting all the summer for a film like this. Im not surprised that many people didnt like it. If you want action and horror dont go. If you like theater this is for you.

As I've worked in video stores in the past it is very true that the way the movies are categorized have nothing to do with the subject, probably that's why, a lot of viewers have been disapointed with this movie. However, I strongly believe (as an oldfashioned theater lover) that a movie should be taken for what it's worth and apreciated for the performance given, and not by the way it fits in one category or other. Conducted by this principle, I give "Teaching Mrs. Tingle" a deserved "10".

Teaching Mrs Tingle is a very fun and entertainment movie. Katie Holmes did a very good performance and so did the others.. It's a funny movie, go watch it!

This movie is a very nice date movie, simple, cute, but don't expect to be scared away. It would make a nice afterschool special, but not up to the standards of "SCEAM" OR "I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER".

Funny movie. All in good fun and definitely reminds people of their high school years.

Teaching Mrs. Tingle is fun entertainment and funny. But as for the scary parts, don't be expecting any. It's Kevin Williamson's first movie (director and writer) and he did a pretty good job. Good performance by Katie Holmes (Dawson's Creek, Disturbing Behavior) and Helen Mirren (Mrs. Tingle). So, if your a fan of Kevin Williamson's work (Scream, I know what you did last summer, the Faculty), you will be interested by this thrilled comedy and maybe you will even be thought a lesson. "SOME LESSONS HAVE TO BE LEARNED THE HARD WAY"

It was an okay movie but was pointless!!! The entire story takes place in the same scene!! so I'd give it a 7 on 10!

The movie is okay but the best thing of it was the performance of Hellen Mirra, she was awsome. The Three teen's (Holmes,...) also did very well.
