Excellent movie. Worth every minute of your time. The film is quite different from most films nowadays, and makes you think. Funny (not hilarious) and entertaining.

Great movie loved the actors. A movie with both comedy and wit demonstrated trough out the movie.

A pretty good story line, with some well put together arguments that make it very entertaining.

If you had told me the concept before I watched the movie, I might not have thought it could be pulled off. But this film was really... ahem..."a breath of fresh air". Eckart was outstanding and the supporting cast was also great. Lowe in particular I thought was hilarious. By the end of this film, you'll need to re-convince yourself of some of your beliefs... entertaining and time very well spent.

DVD: "Thank You For Smoking"
Super funny! Gives people an idea on how corperations work. Deliciously evil.

This movie inspired me to become a lobbyist! I love the power of what words can do to change someone's perception on something people hate. I wish I had such a vocabulary.

DVD: "Thank You For Smoking"
Very fun, smart, amazing actors, it has the same style as "little miss sunshine", it's a dramatic comedy. If you like those kind of movies, watch it.

Well it's a very different kind of a movie. From lobbyists for the tabacco companies you hear how smoking gets to be "in" and how full of *&^ they are. The movie does offer a comedic twist of faith with the news reporter divulging all the secrets, and certain lessons are learned when he refuses the job the second time for the moral of his son. So all in all it was entertaining but I'm not sure what I got out of it!

Since this movie has a different feel from the usual hollywood mush, it is a very refreshing movie to watch. The characters are enjoyable. It is funny and has a solid story.

It was witty and funny. It's worth seeing on DVD. Could have used more scenes with M. O. D. The best scenes are played on the website.

Enjoyed it. Who knew a movie about a lobbyist could so much fun. Don't be put off by Rob Lowe and Katie Holmes, their roles are minimal. May be scam by the tobacco industry to get postive press by poking fun at themselves but who cares, it was funny.

Lovely, brilliantly satirical movie that makes you really think, and laugh out loud. A definite must-see.

A funny flick that shows the power of B. S. Not only that, but it shows how so-called do-gooders are often big jerks too. A good movie with a good message that doesn't take sides, but shows the nature of people, politics and big business while giving you a few hearty chuckles.
