Sightseers

This unusually dark, very black comedy was originally intended for the tele in England but no network would make it, less air it. In matter of fact it is quite disturbing as a controlling man wants to show his so-called girlfriend his particular, unusual antics, let's call them. The vacation turns into a trail of horror. The humour, if that's what it is, becomes some hellish vignettes with a few clever lines and violence that becomes much too gratuitous. This portrait of a seemingly normal man will freak you out with an ending that is totally unexpected. Do expect the unexpected!
