Divergent

I brought a friend who hadn't read the book for an unbiased opinion and he liked it but as for myself, someone who read the book it was just ok. I couldn't believe how much they left out and how much they ADDED the whole ending was not even close to the book and completely unnecessary. I wish they would have made this movie 14A and kept in some of the more brutality of Dauntless but Hollywood needs to make money. Not the worst book adaptation I've seen but leaving out interesting points, adding in unnecessary parts and adding cheesy one liners for the trailer, I wasn't very impressed. Stay truer to the book.
