In the continuing saga of Jessie and Celeste, this is by far the best. The film shows the inherent difficulties in maintaining relationships in this day and age with Celeste as the modern feminist who wishes to go beyond domesticity to establish her own identity and Jesse who's the Peter Pan figure trying hard to shed some of his immaturity. The second half- while hugely dramatic-is also depressing and frustrating because we know this couple loves each other but are on the royal road to a dead relationship (maybe) I left the theatre wondering if I should undertake another pair-bonding!

Nice review, but the name of the female protagonist is Céline, not Celeste...
