Chris Hemsworth has never made a movie this poor, but it is hardly his fault. Even the great Viola Davis can't do much with a script that's totally inept, dismal cinematography which is outrageously bad, camera angles that look like they've been shot by a ten year old and let's not forget a vital piece of information. This is a Michael Mann production which should explain the mess. The super hacker story, the Chinese and all the other mess is utterly dismissable. The hysterically bad fight scenes take on a distinct comic element. BAD!!! Chris Hemsworth is a big enough star, in fact, a superstar so he need have no worries that this one potboiler is going to ruin his career. What a waste of time never mind the money!
