Prior to watching this, I didn't know who the Guardians of the Galaxy were, so I decided to wing it and watch it based on reviews. To my surprise, this movie was super sarcastic and a lot funnier than I expected. I don't remember chuckling so much during a movie in awhile, and it was a cool spin from Hollywood clichés to have random and unexpected lines thrown at you during an emotional scene (though sometimes, they kinda overdid the jokes) The plot is well paced and keeps your attention going until the end. Regrettably, I'm still a bigger fan of the other Marvel characters (cooler powers I guess), but still a good well-rounded and pretty hilarious movie that I strongly recommend to watch.
