Dame Judi Dench is enchanting. She's at the top of her game and it's a joy to see her play so effortlessly. Some young actors and actresses could learn a lesson or two from just watching her work. She makes it look so easy. It's worth the price of admission alone. Apart from that, the story is endearing and not as simple or childish as I thought it would be. I really liked the contrast between her and Martin Sixsmith (Steve Coogan) personalities. It was just as interesting to witness their many differences in life goals and beliefs as it was to see the story unfold with a few unexpected twists.
