    The Green Inferno

It must be said that to make a film like this even remotely well is a supremely difficult task. Thus director Eli Roth deserves tremendous credit for The Green Inferno, a low budget, cannibal romp shot on location in the Amazon, which is alternately unsettling and disarming in equal measure. The acting and dialogue are atrocious but does anybody really care? Once the feasting begins the film is a lot of grisly fun and will likely make you giggle just as easily as squirm. Worth a look if you can stomach the gore.
