    A writer of popular books about haunted graveyards and houses takes on hotels, and decides to spend some time in the notorious Room 1408 of the Dolphin Hotel, kept unoccupied by the management due to strange happenings, multiple suicides and killings. The skeptical author is unafraid... until he discovers that the stories are true and must escape with his life.
