As in all refugee cases, the level of suffering is tremendous with burdens that must be unimaginable. With a well-written but simple script and excellent direction, the main actors seem to pour out their heart and we can feel every emotional turn that become more than tangible in the reality of their horror. This story of non-related refugees arriving in France begs to ask the question: "What, indeed, constitutes a family." I can't think of a film that better exemplifies the whole concept of the human condition and the ravages some must bear.
