Very stilted, repressed drama that mirrored the psychological state of the three main characters. Keener 7 Greenwood gave superb performance. Xavier Dolans' North American accent was highly exaggerated and annoying. The movie lacked that cinema punch that draws you in & keeps you interested. By the end there was no surprises. Only a disappointment in the knowing that with a different director and screen writer it could have been a much better movie.

Odd comment about Dolan's accent. The group I went with particularly commented on how fluent he is in both English and French. No sign of an accent at all.
Hi... I just felt he was elongating his vowels to an extreme. The way Christoph Waltz does in order to achieve a north american accent. Which I find irksome & not authentic to me. But I thank you for your response.
