I went to see this and had no idea what to expect. I walked out of the theatre thinking this was one of the best sci-fi movies I've ever seen. Alex Garland who is primarily a writer, is one talented guy. He wrote 28 Days Later which resurrected the Zombie genre. He has a real sense of how to tell a story well. It was refreshing to see suspense without people yelling and sticking guns at each other. Alicia Vikander performance as the robot was amazing and although the ending was somewhat predictable, I am pleased to finally give a movie a high rating. It's a rare occurrence.
